Rising Sun, North East and Elkton competed in the MPSSAA Class 2A EAST Regional Championships on Wednesday to earn a spot at the State Finals next week.
Rising Sun Senior Ella Cost (pictured left) finished 3rd in the Girls 55m High Hurdles with a time of 9.85sec and finished 3rd in the event. Her time was a Personal Record.
In the lane next to her is Easton High School Senior Kennedy Hayton who finished the event as Regional Champion with time of 9.63sec
